Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Loco Chocolates.

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final once dispatched. We do, however, stand behind the quality of every bar wemake. If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or is materially different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you infull.

To request a replacement or refund:

1. Email us at hello@locochocolates.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number and one or more photos of the issue.
3. We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay. Bank settlement timelines may add up to a further 7 days depending on your card or bank.

Order cancellations: orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed to our courier, it can no longer be cancelled but is still eligible for the damage/quality refund described above.
