Shipping policy

We ship Loco Chocolates across India.

Processing time

Orders are tempered and packed fresh after they are placed. Typical
processing time is 1–2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or
public holidays.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Flat ₹REPLACE on orders below ₹999.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad,
    Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days from dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote PINs may take longer. We'll inform you if your address
    is in such a zone.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your
order is handed to our courier partner.

Temperature & packaging

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We pack with insulation and, in
summer months (April–September), with ice packs. We dispatch only on
Monday to Wednesday during peak summer to avoid weekend transit
delays. We cannot guarantee against melting if your address is in an
extreme-heat zone and you choose to order during this period.

We currently do not ship outside India.
