Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of locochocolates.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The seller

The Site is operated by Loco Chocolates (the "Seller"), with its registered office at REPLACE — full address with PIN, India. You can reach us at hello@locochocolates.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We make and sell handcrafted chocolates. Product photos anddescriptions on the Site are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but small variations in colour, finish, and weight are inherent to artisan food and are not defects.

Allergens: our chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts, soy, and gluten. If you have a severe allergy, please email us before ordering.

4. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable
    GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is collected upfront via Razorpay. By placing an order
    you also accept Razorpay's terms.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and
    cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Shipping & returns

6. Intellectual property

The Loco Chocolates name, logo, and all Site content (images, copy, design) are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; introduce malware; or scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Loco Chocolates against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysore, Karanataka, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "last updated" date below.
