Inspired by the after-school classic, this 72% dark bar layers dried banana with roasted peanuts. The fruit brings caramel sweetness, the peanuts add a salty richness, and unrefined jaggery ties it all together over a deep Indian-cacao base. Comfort food in chocolate form.
